- More than half of CTO's (61%) say their institution faced no IT budget cuts and most (70%) expect that trend to continue or for budgets to increase into 2025.
- Nearly two in every three CTO's state that digital transformation is essential for their institution, and most (81%) say the focus of those efforts is on student success.
- Only 1 in 10 CTO's (9%) believe higher ed is prepared to handle the rise of AI and one in three CTO's (32%) believe their institution specifically is prepared for AI.
