The HelioCampus Community Summit returns to the Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, North Carolina from February 4-6, 2025. Mark your calendars and use the form on this page to register.
This year's agenda will include a keynote address from Dr. Freeman Hrabowski, more pre-conference activities, 15+ client-led sessions, and brand new networking activities, all designed to celebrate the work you do every day to drive change on your campus.
Dr. Hrabowski's keynote will include Q&A and be followed by a book signing (books provided).
Event Agenda
- February 4: Pre-conference sessions, welcome reception and dinner
- February 5: Full day of conference programming
- February 6: Closing general session and half-day of sessions including interactive workshops

What's New in 2025
This year's programming includes new session types, new networking opportunities and new activities. Informed by attendee feedback, we're excited to offer interactive workshops in every track, "birds of a feather" networking activities and a more interactive dashboard show-and-tell session. The swag will also be taken up a notch.
